Welcome to the online home of Montessori Hale o Keiki (MHOK). MHOK offers Montessori curriculum for preschool, elementary, and middle school students in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Montessori Hale o Keiki is fully accredited by The American Montessori Society (AMS), The Hawaii Association of Independent Schools (HAIS), and The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Montessori Hale o Keiki is the only independent school in South Maui. In 2009, MHOK became the state of Hawaii's only Marine Science School of the Future and is incorporating Marine Science curriculum in all classrooms. Our students are exploring marine science concepts, discovering marine ecosystems, and providing underwater ocean research via our PADI certified middle school students.

Montessori Hale o Keiki is honored to be named as a National Association of Independent Schools 2007 Leading Edge Program.
